The 19th Annual Heart Ball will take place on February 20. Through the efforts of the BGH Foundation board the Heart Ball raises between $350k – $500k for much needed services and equipment to further the mission of the hospital. All to better support the needs of our community.
This year our cause is our Breast Health Initiative. Bonner General Health seeks to expand its breast imaging program to meet rising clinical demand, improve early cancer detection, and align with new statewide screening mandates. This initiative will be financially supported through a partnership between the Bonner General Health and the Foundation, enabling strategic capital investments in advanced imaging technologies, including a Breast MRI Coil, Upright Stereotactic Breast Biopsy Unit, Contrast-Enhanced Mammography (CEM), and Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS). These enhancements directly support improved outcomes for high-risk populations, expand access in a rural setting, and position BGH as a regional leader in comprehensive breast care.
