Community Event & Project Sponsorship Guidelines

Bonner General Health (BGH) is committed to supporting programs, events, and initiatives that advance our mission to improve health, inspire wellness, and save lives in the communities we serve. To ensure thoughtful and responsible stewardship of our resources, all sponsorship requests are reviewed using the following guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for sponsorship, requests must meet all of the following criteria:

• Geographic Focus
  The organization must be located within Bonner General Health’s primary service area or exclusively serve the local community.

• Health-Focused Mission or Initiative
  The organization or specific event/project must focus on health, including one or more of the following areas:

  • Disease prevention

  • Access to healthcare services

  • Substance abuse prevention or intervention

  • A recognized community health need

  • Health, fitness, safety, or wellness promotion

• Community Collaboration
  The event or project must demonstrate collaboration and coordination with other community organizations or with Bonner General Health, and must not duplicate existing efforts.

• Organizational Status
  The requesting organization must be one of the following:

  • A not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization

  • A governmental agency or department

  • A public educational organization

• Mission Alignment
  The event or project must be consistent with Bonner General Health’s mission, vision, and values.

• Recognition
  Bonner General Health must receive appropriate recognition as a sponsor, including approved use of the BGH logo.

Application Process

• A completed sponsorship request application must be submitted at least two (2) months prior to the date the contribution is needed.

• All requests must be submitted in full by completing the form below. 

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Requests Not Eligible for Sponsorship

Bonner General Health does not provide sponsorship support for:

• Political activities

• Religious activities

• Requests from individuals

• Incomplete or late applications
