Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor and has worked in a diverse, fast-paced community health center for the past ten years. She has also worked in residential treatment, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities, facilitated support groups, and worked as a skill builder (formerly known as Psycho-Social Rehabilitation, or PSR) for clients aged seven to 70 years old. Laura is CBT-i certified and has worked with sleep patients for five years. She also is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
Laura has worked in the human services field in northern Idaho since 1997 and is passionate about serving the traditionally underserved or vulnerable populations.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, hiking, and traveling.
Bonner General Health is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and healthcare network of outpatient clinics and services serving Sandpoint and the surrounding region.
