Dr. Torres was the Chief of Ophthalmology for the Madigan Army Medical Center, US Army, in Tacoma, Washington. He retired from 30 years of active duty military service in the US Army prior to joining Bonner General Health.
Dr. Torres is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He completed additional fellowship training in the sub-specialties of Corneal Surgery and Refractive Surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, the University of California Los Angeles.
