Meghan Tweit is a licensed and board-certified occupational therapist who is passionate about providing holistic, client-centered care that supports the mind, body, and spirit. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University and has been practicing since 2019.
Meghan brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based practice. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including ICU, acute and rehab for adults and pediatrics at a Level I trauma hospital, public schools, early intervention programs, and telehealth. This diverse background has equipped her to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities, helping them navigate recovery, growth, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
She has a special interest in the connection between mental health and physical recovery, and she is deeply committed to supporting clients through the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany illness or injury. Meghan believes that true healing involves addressing the whole person—and she strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, mountain biking, hiking, weight lifting, paddleboarding, and including her 12-year-old Frenchie, Roux, in as many adventures as possible.
