“When I was admitted on 3/31/25, Robin was one of the CNAs. The way she made me feel welcomed was not just as a patient; she made me feel like she was happy to see me, and it uplifted me in my time of need! Being admitted is scary, but she made it feel less scary. She had great conversations with me, and when I would ask for something, man, did she sound like she’d make it happen regardless of the request! Robin seems so knowledgeable, and she’s been here so long. Even one of the new RNs asked her some questions about the machines, and Robin knew instantly each time! I thoroughly enjoyed her, and I hope not to be admitted again, but knowing my lungs, it is only a matter of time before I am again, but I hope and pray she is my CNA again! Robin, you’re a rock star!”
