Elizabeth Neuder is a licensed Physical Therapist with 31 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. As part of the team at Performance Therapy Services at Bonner General Health, she is dedicated to helping patients recover function, improve quality of life, and reach their personal goals through individualized, evidence-based care.
Her clinical specialties include Vestibular Rehabilitation, which helps people experiencing vertigo, dizziness, and disequilibrium, as well as Neurological Rehabilitation, working with people following concussion, spinal cord injury, stroke, and neurologic diseases. She has helped develop several PT programs at BGH, including our post-concussion clinic, LSVT BIG therapy for Parkinson's, PowerPAC Parkinson's support group, providing robotic-assisted gait training with use of the EksoNR robotic exoskeleton, and use of the FES cycle for neuro-muscular and cardiovascular strengthening. She values building strong relationships with patients and believes in empowering them through education, encouragement, and customized treatment plans.
She earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Duke University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
